1. Terms and Conditions:

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter “You” or “Your” or “Yours”) AND BRING BACK LIFE PVT. LTD. (hereinafter “Bring Back Life”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF online Social Index Mobile Application software.

Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” & “ours” refer to ‘Social Index’ (Bring Back Life Private Limited). And the terms “you”, “your” & “yours” refer to YOU (all users including the individual users or Corporate users or Group users whose Personal Data we are referring to).

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the use of all ‘Social Index’ mobile applications and websites that post a link to these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Site”) made available by ‘Social Index’ Authorities. Use of our applications (“App”) are governed by the terms you accepted by clicking and selecting ‘I accept ..’ button at the time of registration in this app or purchase or download, these Terms and Conditions and the terms of your mobile service provider and mobile device operator. Our social media pages (“Social Media”) are delivered to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the terms of use of each of the Social Media operators. By accessing or using the Site, Apps and Social Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions expressly incorporate by reference and include the Site’s and App’s Privacy Policy and any guidelines, rules, additional terms or disclaimers that may be posted and updated on the Site i.e. www.socialindex.app or on notices, the License Agreement and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site or app.

A.1) Parts of this Agreement:

This Agreement consists of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Terms”) and terms and conditions, if any, specific to use of individual Services (hereinafter the “Service Specific Terms”). The General Terms and Service Specific Terms are collectively referred to as the “Terms”. In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms shall prevail.

A.2) Acceptance of the Terms:

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Terms. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our Services. If you agree to the General Terms and do not agree to any Service Specific Terms, do not use the corresponding Service. You can accept the Terms by checking a checkbox or clicking on a button indicating your acceptance of the terms or by actually using the Services.

A.3) Description of Service

We provide an array of services for online collaboration and management including social activities, contribution, event organization, social poll where questions can be asked by the registered user, any social issue can be raised, email client, chat client, organizer, customer relationship management application and project management application (“Service” or “Services”). You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for internal business purpose in the organization that you represent. You may connect to this Mobile App Services on Android platform using any Internet support. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the Services. You can create and publish content with your user account and if you choose to do so, you can publish and share such content.

A.4) Modification of Terms of Service

We may modify the Terms upon notice to you at any time through a service announcement or by sending email to your primary email address. If we make significant changes to the Terms that affect your rights, where ever possible you will be provided with intimation of the changes by email to your primary email address. You may terminate your use of the Services by providing Bring Back Life Pvt.Ltd. notice by email within 30 days of being notified of the availability of the modified Terms if the Terms are modified in a manner that substantially affects your rights in connection with use of the Services. In the event of such termination, you will be entitled to prorated refund of the unused portion of if any prepaid fees. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change to the Terms will be deemed to be your agreement to the modified Terms.

A.5) User Sign up Obligations

You need to sign up for a user account by providing all required information in order to access or use the Services. If you represent an organization and wish to use the Services for corporate internal use, we recommend that you, and all other users from your organization, sign up for user accounts by providing your corporate contact information. In particular, we recommend that you use your corporate email address. You agree to: a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the sign up process; and b) maintain and promptly update the information provided during sign up to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Bring Back Life Pvt.Ltd may terminate your user account and refuse current or future use of any or all of the Services.

A.6) Organization Accounts and Administrators

When you sign up for an account for your organization you may specify one or more administrators. The administrators will have the right to configure the Services based on your requirements and manage end users in your organization account. If your organization account is created and configured on your behalf by a third party, it is likely that such third party has assumed administrator role for your organization. Make sure that you enter into a suitable agreement with such third party specifying such party’s roles and restrictions as an administrator of your organization account.

You are responsible for i) ensuring confidentiality of your organization account password, ii) appointing competent individuals as administrators for managing your organization account, and iii) ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your organization account comply with this Agreement. You understand that Bring Back Life Pvt.Ltd is not responsible for account administration and internal management of the Services for you.

You are responsible for taking necessary steps for ensuring that your organization does not lose control of the administrator accounts. You may specify a process to be followed for recovering control in the event of such loss of control of the administrator accounts by sending an email to director@socialindex.co.in, provided that the process is acceptable to Bring Back Life Pvt Ltd. In the absence of any specified administrator account recovery process, Bring Back Life Pvt Ltd may provide control of an administrator account to an individual providing proof satisfactory to Bring Back Life Pvt Ltd demonstrating authorization to act on behalf of the organization. You agree not to hold Bring Back Life Pvt Ltd liable for the consequences of any action taken by Bring Back Life Pvt Ltd in good faith in this regard.

A.7) Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information you provide to Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. through the Service is governed by Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. Privacy Policy. Your election to use the Service indicates your acceptance of the terms of the Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your user account and you agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account by email to director@socialindex.co.in. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of your user account, or otherwise.

While using this platform, company does not promote or recommend or ask to do any kind of financial transaction with any person or third party. Company will be not responsible or liable for any kind of financial / monetary fraud or misleading is done during using this platform.

A.8) Communications from Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd.

The Service may include certain communications from Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd., such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters. You understand that these communications shall be considered part of using the Services. As part of our policy to provide you total privacy, we also provide you the option of opting out from receiving newsletters from us. However, you will not be able to opt-out from receiving service announcements and administrative messages.

A.9) Complaints

If we receive a complaint from any person against you with respect to your activities as part of the use of the Services, we will forward the complaint to the primary email address of your user account. You must respond to the complainant directly within 10 days of receiving the complaint forwarded by us and copy Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. in the communication. If you do not respond to the complainant within 10 days from the date of our email to you, we may disclose your name and contact information to the complainant for enabling the complainant to take legal action against you. You understand that your failure to respond to the forwarded complaint within the 10 days’ time limit will be construed as your consent to the disclosure of your name and contact information by Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. to the complainant.

Any claim arising due to unacceptable post/comments to other users/activity / fraud /or other activity will be solely responsible by those users who have done wrong comment/activity.

A.10) Fees and Payments

The Services are available under subscription plans of various durations. Payments for subscription plans of duration of less than a year can be made only by Credit Card. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you downgrade your paid subscription plan to a free plan or inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription. At the time of automatic renewal, the subscription fee will be charged to the Credit Card last used by you. We provide you the option of changing the details if you would like the payment for the renewal to be made through a different Credit Card. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you must inform us at least 20 days prior to the renewal date. If you have not downgraded to a free plan and if you have not informed us that you do not wish to renew the subscription, you will be presumed to have authorized Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. to charge the subscription fee to the Credit Card last used by you. From time to time, we may change the price of any Service or charge for use of Services that are currently available free of charge. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then current billing cycle. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan.

A.11) Restrictions on Use

All activity performed or accepted or rejected on application will be considered that user has done it on his/her own wish.

In addition to all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you shall not: (i) transfer the Services or otherwise make it available to any third party; (ii) provide any service based on the Services without prior written permission; (iii) use the third party links to sites without agreeing to their website terms & conditions; (iv) post links to third party sites or use their logo, company name, etc. without their prior written permission; (v) publish any personal or confidential information belonging to any person or entity without obtaining consent from such person or entity; (vi) use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or harm any server, network, computer system, resource of Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd.; (vii) violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; and (viii) create a false identity to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication.

A.12) Spamming and Illegal Activities

You agree to be solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the Services. You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable, offends religious sentiments, promotes racism, contains viruses or malicious code, or that which infringes or may infringe intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree not to use the Services for the transmission of “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “phishing” or unsolicited mass distribution of email. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have used the Services for any illegal or unauthorized activity.

A.13) Inactive User Accounts Policy

We reserve the right to terminate unpaid user accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 120 days. In the event of such termination, all data associated with such user account will be deleted. We will provide you prior notice of such termination and option to back-up your data. The data deletion policy may be implemented with respect to any or all of the Services. Each Service will be considered an independent and separate service for the purpose of calculating the period of inactivity. In other words, activity in one of the Services is not sufficient to keep your user account in another Service active. In case of accounts with more than one user, if at least one of the users is active, the account will not be considered inactive.

A.14) Data Ownership

We respect your right to ownership of content created or stored by you. You own the content created or stored by you. Unless specifically permitted by you, your use of the Services does not grant Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by you or stored in your user account for Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd.’s commercial, marketing or any similar purpose. But you grant Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, publicly display and publicly perform the content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Company can user / share users contact details, photos and other personal details for their commercial or internal process purpose.

A.15) User Generated Content

You may transmit or publish content created by you using any of the Services or otherwise. However, you shall be solely responsible for such content and the consequences of its transmission or publication. Any content made public will be publicly accessible through the internet and maybe crawled and indexed by search engines. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not accidentally make any private content publicly available. Any content that you may receive from other users of the Services is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and you agree not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit such content for any purpose, without the express written consent of the person who owns the rights to such content. In the course of using any of the Services, if you come across any content with copyright notice(s) or any copy protection feature(s), you agree not to remove such copyright notice(s) or disable such copy protection feature(s) as the case may be. By making any copyrighted/copyrightable content available on any of the Services you affirm that you have the consent, authorization, or permission, as the case may be from every person who may claim any rights in such content to make such content available in such manner. Further, by making any content available in the manner aforementioned, you expressly agree that Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. will have the right to block access to or remove such content made available by you if Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. receives complaints concerning any illegality or infringement of third party rights in such content. By using any of the Services and transmitting or publishing any content using such Service, you expressly consent to determination of questions of illegality or infringement of third party rights in such content by the agent designated by Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. for this purpose.

A.16) Sample files and Applications

Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. may provide sample files and applications for the purpose of demonstrating the possibility of using the Services effectively for specific purposes. The information contained in any such sample files and applications consists of random data. Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranty, either express or implied, as to the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or reliability of the information or the sample files and applications.

A.17) Trademark

Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd., Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. Logo i.e Social Index, the names of individual Services and their logos are trademarks of Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. Corporation. You agree not to display or use, in any manner, the Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. trademarks, without Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd.’s prior permission. Company may claim users if anyone is using their logo, name or misusing the name.

A.18) Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS-AND-AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE. USE OF ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, MOBILE TELEPHONE, WIRELESS DEVICE, DATA, PERSONAL PHYSICAL DAMAGE, ILLNESS, THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd., ITS EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.

A.19) Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. SHALL, IN NO EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd.’S ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU IN RESPECT OF ANY SERVICE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TOWARDS SUCH SERVICE.

Company will be not liable for any mishap, injury, illness, death or any other mishap happened during performing physical activity / event shared on mobile or assigned by company on mobile app. Company will be not liable for claim of defamation and contempt and mortification arising out of personal / family emotion hurt, regional emotion hurt, social emotion hurt, political emotion hurt,

A.20) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claims that you have used the Services in violation of another party’s rights, in violation of any law, in violations of any provisions of the Terms, or any other claim related to your use of the Services, except where such use is authorized by Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd..

A.21) Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Regulatory Authority / Indian Government. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and unappealable. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pune and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. may at any time seek injunctions or other forms of equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

A.22) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend your user account or temporarily disable access without any prior intimation to whole or part of any Service in the event of any suspected illegal activity, extended periods of inactivity or requests by law enforcement or other government agencies. Objections to suspension or disabling of user accounts should be made to director@socialindex.co.in within thirty days of being notified about the suspension or actual suspension date. We may terminate a suspended or disabled user account after thirty days. We will also terminate your user account on your request.

In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your user account and deny the Services upon reasonable belief that you have violated the Terms and to terminate your access to any Beta Service in case of unexpected technical issues or discontinuation of the Beta Service. You have the right to terminate your user account if Bring Back Life Pvt. Ltd. breaches its obligations under these Terms and in such event, you will be entitled to prorated refund of any prepaid fees. Termination of user account will include denial of access to all Services, deletion of information in your user account such as your email address and password and deletion of all data in your user account.

A.23) Changes:

‘Social Index’ reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of Social Index App following the posting of any changes will mean that you have accepted and agreed to the changes.

A.24) Content:

All content contained on or accessed from the app, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, videos, images, applications, programs, computer code and other information (collectively, the “Content”), including but not limited to the design, layout, look and feel and arrangement of such Content, is owned by ‘Social Index’ mobile app authority or and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws. You may refer Content from the app for your own personal, non-commercial, informational or scholarly use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

A.25) Restrictions:

You may not copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, post, translate or create other derivative works from, or sell, rent or license all or any part of the Content, products or services obtained from this app in any medium to anyone, except as otherwise expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions, relevant license or subscription agreement or authorization by us.

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or translate any software in the Content, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of such software, except to the extent expressly permitted under applicable law, without our prior written permission. You may not engage in systematic retrieval of Content from the app to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our prior written permission. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms or devices, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to: (i) continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, deep link or index any Content; (ii) harvest personal information from the app for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material; or (iii) cause disruption to the working of the app or any other person’s use of the app. If the app contains robot exclusion files or robot exclusion headers, you agree to honour them and not use any device, software or routine to bypass them. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of this app, any other systems or networks connected to this app or to any other apps server, or any of the products or services provided on, accessed from or distributed through the this app. You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of this app or any network connected to this app or breach the security or authentication measures on the app or any network connected to the app.

You may not use the app to publish or distribute any information (including software or other content) which is illegal, which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, profane, pornographic, threatening or vulgar, which contains errors, viruses or other harmful components, or which is otherwise actionable at law. ‘Social Index’ may at any time exercise editorial control over the said content. You explicitly agree not to provide to us any information that you are not authorized to disclose. You may not, without the approval of ‘Social Index’ authority, use the app to publish or distribute any advertising, promotional material, or solicitation to other users of this app to use any goods or services. For example (but without limitation), you may not use the app to conduct any business, to solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law, or to solicit other users to become subscribers of other information services. Similarly, you may not use the app to download and redistribute public information or shareware for personal gain or distribute multiple copies of public domain information or shareware.

You shall not obtain or attempt to obtain lists of users or other information from or through the Site, App or Social Media and you shall not use the Site, App or Social Media in violation of any applicable law, ordinance or regulation. We are not responsible to monitor your use of the Site, App and Social Media or to determine if such use violates any applicable law, ordinance or regulation. Please govern your use accordingly at your end only.

A.26) Submitted Material:

Any information, creative works, ideas, testimonials, suggestions, concepts, methods, systems, designs, plans, techniques or other materials submitted that you send to us or post on or through the Site, App or Social Media (including, for example items that you submit or post on our Facebook page, our message boards, in survey responses, on our blogs, or send to us by e-mail) (“Submitted Materials”) shall be deemed not to be confidential or secret, and may be used by us in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. By submitting or sending Submitted Materials to us or posting it on or through the Site, App or Social Media, you represent and warrant that the Submitted Materials are original to you, that no other party has any rights thereto, and that any “moral rights” in Submitted Materials have been waived. We are not responsible for maintaining any Submitted Material that you provide to us, and we may delete or destroy any such Submitted Material at any time and for any reason and without advance notice to you.

By submitting or sending Submitted Materials to us or posting it on or through the Site, App or Social Media, you grant us and our subsidiaries and affiliates a royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully transferable, assignable and sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display and incorporate in other works any Submitted Materials (in whole or part) in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional and/or commercial purposes. You agree that we may use, or permit others to use, without charge, your name, biography, picture and likeness with the content you submit and otherwise in materials promoting, marketing or advertising the Site, App or Social Media or our goods or services, in any media, without any compensation or advance notice to you.

A.27) Blogs & Forums:

Our Site, the App and Social media contain forums, blogs and other areas where you can post information and view information that has been posted by other users without our advance review. You agree to follow all applicable third party rules and terms of use related to your use of the App and Social Media. In addition, you agree that you shall not upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through the Site, App or Social Media any content which (i) prevents any other user from using and enjoying the Site, App or Social Media, (ii) is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libellous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic or profane, (iii) constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law, ordinance or regulation, (iv) violates or infringes the rights of third parties including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, contract, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right, (v) contains a virus, spyware, or other harmful component, (vi) contains embedded links, advertising, chain letters or pyramid schemes of any kind, or (vii) constitutes or contains false or misleading indications of origin, endorsement or statements of fact. You further agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including us or our personnel. You also may not offer to buy or sell any product or service on or through your comments. You alone are responsible for the content and consequences of any posts and activities made from your account. Do not provide anyone else with your login, password or credentials that would permit them to impersonate you.

We do not claim ownership of any content, application or other material that you or third parties provide to us (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit on or through the app, including our blog pages, message boards, chat rooms and forums, for review by the general public, registered users of the App or by the members of any public or private community, testimonials to be executed with religious leaders/celebrities for recording and telecasting their speeches/audio-video recording, for sole purpose of advertising to the users of the App, (“Submission”) and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or compliance with relevant laws or regulations. We are under no obligation to display or otherwise use any Submission you may provide, and we may remove any Submission at any time in our sole discretion. By Posting a Submission, you also warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for granting the permission specified above. We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Submissions to determine compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any operating rules we establish and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. We shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any Submission.

A.28) Mobile Devices/Third Party Fees:

From time to time, ‘Social Index’ makes mobile device application and mobile marketing campaigns available to you and may allow you to register for services that involve messages and/or e-mails being sent to your mobile device. You are responsible for obtaining access to the mobile device services and that access may involve third-party fees, including mobile carrier, text messaging, or airtime charges. You are solely responsible for those fees, including any and all fees associated with the use of the applications, delivery of the messages, e-mails or other materials to your mobile device. Please consult your mobile service provider’s pricing plan prior to purchasing or downloading any application or registering for any such service to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages from/to your mobile device. You will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving text messages or emails to your mobile device at the time you register and with each message or email you receive.

Company does not allows to share own contact and personal details directly with other users and company will no have any reasonability on any claim due breach of this. Company will liable for any financial fraud on mobile application or during performing physical activity. User has to take all required govt permission while performing individual and group activity, company will be not liable for any claim due to branch in same. Any individual or group or company activity performed by users, will have do it on own cost. Company will not provide any financial support or reimbursement.
